Chocolate

Ingredients:
-
4-6 cups of Milk (or milk alternative)

1 cup of Chocolate Chips
-
1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon
-
1/4 a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper
-
Whipped cream​
Mexican Hot Chocolate is a Gutierrez favorite, as the heat and spice warm up our tummies. It's almost always paired with a fresh pan dulce from the nearby panaderia.
My favorite is chocolate with a concha de chocolate.
Steps:
1. Heat up milk and add Chocolate chips, continue to stir until melted
2. Add Cinnamon and Cayenne to taste
3. Serve hot and add toppings as desired​
