Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 cups of Milk (or milk alternative)

  • 1 cup of  Chocolate Chips

  • 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon

  • 1/4 a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper

  • Whipped cream

Mexican Hot Chocolate is a Gutierrez favorite, as the heat and spice warm up our tummies. It's almost always paired with a fresh pan dulce from the nearby panaderia. 

My favorite is chocolate with a concha de chocolate.

Steps:

1. Heat up milk and add Chocolate chips, continue to stir until melted

2. Add Cinnamon and Cayenne to taste

3. Serve hot and add toppings as desired
